Our training is fun and a little bit different, we use a relaxed style with a lots of colourful resources and workshop materials. We apply Accelerated Learning & NLP approaches to our training to make it even more effective. We are based in Dorset and our clients and trainers are from around the UK.

I have worked in the voluntary sector for 25 years and have owned and run my own small businesses as well as taking on short term management roles on a locum basis.

Our trainers come from similar backgrounds that our clients are drawn from, which means that understand the work you are doing and the environments in which you are working.
