When Really Creative Training was
established in 1992, one of our main aims was to provide 'high quality,
effective and affordable training' to voluntary, statutory and other
not-for-profit organisations from around the UK. We only work in this
particular sector as we believe that training for organisations like yours
should be delivered by people who understand the work that you do, the
pressures and challenges you face, and the client group that you serve. We
have a 15 year proven track record of achieving this aim
Our Trainers
Our trainers have experience of working
in similar environments to that of our clients. Each trainer will have
worked in one or more roles as a volunteer worker or paid staff member, as
a specialist worker or front-line team member, as a manager, supervisor or
counsellor, as a trustee or fundraiser. In addition to the experience
gained in the voluntary sector, each of our trainers has extensive
knowledge and experience of training specification, design and delivery,
along with facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills. They are friendly, professional, and
efficient and deliver our services in a relaxed informal style which is
intended to make learning fun and effective. Everyone associated with
delivering our service has a commitment to equality issues and believe

Bringing Training To Your
Workplace
Unlike many
training organisations we bring our training to your office, workspace or
a venue of your choice. So long as you
have a room/space large enough for the numbers to be trained which has
desk high tables and chairs as a minimum we bring everything else….. if
you can provide a flip chart then that helps too…. We provide pens

How Much Do We Charge?
We know that your training budget is
special and usually limited. We will always try to work within your budget
and to give you the most training you can get for the money
you have available.
For that reason we do not quote costs on the site. However
small your budget, it is always worth speaking to us to see if we can work
with it - if we can't we will tell you! - but usually there are
ways around most budgetary constraints!"There are no unresourceful people - just unresourceful states
of mind" - is our Training directors favourite saying!

We believe that learning should be both
effective and fun at the same time! all our workshops are designed to
create an environment which makes learning a collaborative and safe
experience. We use a variety of approaches for training delivery, which
stimulate all learning styles to ensure that each learner meets their own,
as well as their organisation's objectives.

Workshops are supported by workbooks and the training room
is filled with resources for the workshops. A
typical workshop will have music, sweets, coloured paper and pens, things
to fiddle with and resources to use during the day so that people remain
alert and interested in the training content
In House -Training
In
The Workplace
If you have several people who need the same training - it
will save you time and money (link to costs) to have the trainer come
direct to you to run the workshop. We provide all of the resources -
you need to have a suitable training space with seating and tables ( a
flip chart is also useful but not essential).
Before the training takes place, the trainer will speak to you and draft a
workshop overview to
ensure that
we understand the organisational
objectives for the training,that
way we get the content right!
People attending the workshop receive a workbook which they keep for
future
reference and a workshop completion certificate
After the training is completed, the
trainer will send you the evaluation forms from the workshop
and will be available to provide you
with verbal feedback.
