Team building is probably a bit of a luxury given the current economic climate - however it can often save organisations
money. because teams that work well together often perform better. So helping your team get the 'job done' is a justification
for the spend. We have a variety of options available for our creative team days. Some are suited for small groups 6-12
people and others work with larger groups. If you want 'paint balling' or 'raft building' we don't do that, but if you want to
work through things in a fun and creative way with your team,

PROBLEM SOLVING TEAM DAYS

This form of team building is a facilitator led day intended to
help the team 'think through' problems and issues. We still use creative techniques introduced as tools to help structure
thinking & to move forward. The facilitators who lead these workshops are experienced managers in addition to having
training skills, this means they bring a variety of skills & experiences to the day.
