PERFORMANCE SUPPORT

If you have a member of staff who is not meeting their performance targets or just needs to develop a new skill quickly, this service from Really Creative Training might be the effective solution you have been seeking!
The programme outlined below is often more effective than sending an individual on a course because:
  • The content is personalised
  • The objectives are specific
  • The Performance Specialist can set ‘real time’ targets
  • We come to you
  • Immediate measurable results
  • The sessions are short and intensive

STEP ONE

We ask you to provide us with an overview of the individuals performance issues or required new skills alongside their job description – the individual of course has to be willing to take part in performance support

STEP TWO
We send one of our Performance Specialists to work on a one-to-one basis with that individual – initially for 90 minutes………..they will use coaching and counselling skills to help identify blocks to learning or performance and will create a ‘development’ plan with the individual. Full written feedback and email support are also available as part of the package
NEXT STEPS
At the end of each session if there are outstanding issues further sessions can be arranged. These are usually 60 –90 minutes long

This approach has been successfully used in several environments and for most individuals involved a marked improvement in performance has resulted, leaving both the employer and the employee feeling more positive about their performance in the workplace
