By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

  • Explain the seven stages of preparation for negotiation

  • Demonstrate effective techniques for keeping ahead

  • Explain the importance of effective listening and communication skills

  • Develop strategies for keeping emotions under control in difficult situations

  • Demonstrate effective behavioural responses to support the negotiation process
