A workshop designed to increase understanding of the effect that change has on people within an organisation, by explaining what change is and by exploring the steps required to prepare for change

  • Explain why change is inevitable
  • Explain what change is
  • Explain the importance of effective planning and preparation for change
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the need for a team approach to change
  • Develop effective responses to mange resistance to change
  • Understand the importance of effective communication throughout the change programme
