overview of the current issues, either by telephone or face-to-face
consultation, with one of our management/team working specialists |

We draft a detailed
proposal explaining how we can help you and what the costs will be |

We will send one of our specialists to work
with you and your team/organisation. The role of the specialist is to bring
an independent viewpoint, in addition to team management, coaching and
development skills |
