INTERVENTIONS FOR TEAMS AND ORGANISATIONS

Sometimes teams and organisations stop meeting their performance targets or they lose focus, get into conflict (see Dealing With Difficult Situations) or simply have to manage changes and adapt to new situations (see Managing Change).

One of our teamwork/management specialists can help you and the team/organisation deal with a variety of team/organisational issues.  (see Teamwork Solutions)

FIRST STEP

We will ask you to provide us with an overview of the current issues, either by telephone or face-to-face consultation, with one of our management/team working specialists

STEP TWO

We draft a detailed proposal explaining how we can help you and what the costs will be

STEP THREE

We will send one of our specialists to work with you and your team/organisation. The role of the specialist is to bring an independent viewpoint, in addition to team management, coaching and development skills
