We explore your current leadership style, your aspirations for your team and how they can be achieved and much, much more!

The workshop is delivered in a relaxed and friendly style using a variety of colourful, fun techniques. Usually in small groups of 12 participants

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Explain the key components of effective teamwork
• Understand how to motivate themselves and other people
• Identify what creative management is and how to apply it
• Identify potential team burnout and respond appropriately
• Explain how to maintain the momentum of the team
• Design stimulating tasks and activities for the team
• Recognise when to use consultative or directive leadership
• Apply a wide range of leadership skills to inspire the team
