importance of body language as a communication tool
- Use body
language to support verbal communication
- Read non-verbal
cues given by the listener
- Apply
active listening techniques
- Demonstrate how
to use questioning skills
- Apply effective
rapport building skills
- Use alternative
methods of communication, where spoken language may not be effective
- Communicate
verbally in a clear and effective way
