TERM AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING OUR SERVICES |

Really Creative Training is committed to delivery of
excellent quality services, including providing clear, reasonable and
detailed Terms and Conditions of commissioning our services
FEES
Our fees for training delivery are usually charged by the day.
Other services are usually charged by half days.
Fees are calculated on numbers of delegates to be trained,
resources required and the fee includes a contribution towards the cost of
materials, preparation time for the trainer, travel to the venue and where
relevant overnight accommodation
CANCELLATION - By the client
We will charge a fee for the cancellation of a training
course or any other service requested from us at the following rates: |

One month before the
date |
An administration
fee will be charged of £75 along with any other unrecoverable costs already
incurred by us. |

Three Weeks before
the date |
One third of the fee
will be charged along with any other unrecoverable costs already incurred by
us. |

Two weeks before the
date |
50% of the fee will
be charged along with any other unrecoverable costs already incurred by us |

|
One week or less
before the date |
The whole fee will
be charged along with any other unrecoverable costs already incurred by us |

Alternatively we may be able to offer another date without
making any of the above charges – depending on availability of a trainer –
in this event should that rearranged date be cancelled, the full fee will be
charged plus an administration fee along with any other unrecoverable costs
already incurred by us. |

CANCELLATION -

Where practical for
both parties, we will offer an alternative date.
If no
charges have been incurred by the client we may offer a reduction in the
fees for the inconvenience caused if the cancellation was at short notice
and no alternative trainer from our organisation could be found.
In the event of us not being able to provide the training on
an alternative date we will refund any reasonable costs incurred by the
client.

Time Keeping |
|
Subject to circumstances beyond our control, our trainers
will endeavour to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the training
session to set up the training room so that they are ready to start on
time.
Our trainers will always end the training session at the
agreed time. We can be flexible about the length of breaks and delayed start
times on the day, but this may reduce the learner contact time.
We are flexible and are willing to negotiate shorter lunch
breaks to facilitate an earlier finish on the day. |

Venues |
|
We expect clients to provide suitable accessible venues which
provide a quiet learning environment free from distractions and
interruptions. – see below;
Depending on the nature of the training being delivered
there is flexibility to use a variety of venues but, this must be discussed
with us prior to the training day.
