WORKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE EFFECTIVELY

This workshop will build on earlier work carried out around communicating effectively, NLP skills around building rapport, building a team and dealing with team related issues.

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Explain the key components of effective teamwork
• Understand how to motivate themselves and other people
• Identify motivators and de-motivators
• Identify potential breaches of professional/personal boundaries
• Explain how to maintain the momentum of the team
• Recognise attempts by others to break boundaries
• Recognise and respect other people’s boundaries
• Act assertively to manage their own boundaries
