WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

By the end of the day participants will be able to:

  • Describe what good support and supervision are
  • Explain how to establish an effective supervision process
  • Describe the impact of learning styles on approaches to tasks and problem solving
  • Demonstrate the use of appropriate verbal and non-verbal language in a supervision setting
  • Explain how to provide effective feedback and evaluation
STYLE AND PRESENTATION
The training will be delivered in a relaxed and informal style, using collaboration, fun and COLOUR to meet the objectives described above
