MANAGING CHANGE

 

Organisations need to  experience change to develop, sometimes the change is subtle and people adapt to it without realising. Some changes are bigger or harder to deal with on practical, planning and emotional levels. If change is not planned for properly it can be painful for everyone and lead to chaos, poor team morale, poor performance, poor quality of service delivery and can sometimes open up existing cracks in teamwork further.
