This
workshop is a confidence building workshop which is designed to help people
explore their own behaviour and attitudes. We will consider why people
sometimes find it difficult to express their needs in ways which get positive
outcomes. We will find out what is involved in effective communication and anger
management and develop a set of transferable skills for those attending to use
after the workshop |

delivered over one day in a fun, relaxed and friendly style – in small groups
of up to 12 participants. We create a non threatening, collaborative

and that of others. Tools to help you manage motivation
- About You - Raising
self-awareness, using fun techniques
- Assertiveness - Develop
and fine tune your assertiveness skills and explore why people are non
assertive
- Coping With Change -
How does it feel to be facing change? How are you managing?
- Learning - How do you
prefer to learn, and how does that impact on those around you?
