WHO
ARE REALLY CREATIVE TRAINING?
We are a training company based near Swindon,
Wiltshire.
Established originally as The Creative Training Company in 1992
by Carole Hewer-Irving, in 1996 underwent a name change to become:
Really Creative Training. |
COMPETITIVE PRICING
We believe that training should be good value for money and therefore price each piece of work separately. We do not use a standard formula. We will carry out a consultancy session with you (usually by telephone to keep costs to a minimum) and then send you a detailed breakdown of the services you have asked for and the costs associated with them.
We
only work with 'not for profit' organisations around the UK. Our website does
not show costs for training delivery as we always try to tailor our fees to your
budget so that you get as much from your training budget as possible! |
OUR CLIENTS |
We deliver training nationally to a wide variety of organisations within the 'Not-For-Profit' sector. All of our training is delivered in a relaxed and colourful style, using innovative training, design and delivery - you can see the names of a selection of our current clients from our
client list.

OUR TRAINERS
Our trainers are experienced and friendly and have been trained by us to deliver a high quality and professional service,
in our relaxed participative and colourful style. They have all worked on the 'front line' of service delivery in the voluntary or statutory sector. This experience is supported by sound knowledge of people and service management,
and a passion for their work.
We are an equal opportunities employer and
our policy
extends to all we come into contact with |

LEARNING SUPPORT MATERIALS
Each workshop is supported by a student workbook which is used during the
workshop and retained by the delegate to use as a reference source. Most
workshops are also supported by supplementary handouts and resource materials.
But don't take our word
for it - find out what our customers have said about our
workshops at the
customer feedback page.

'Poly'
Our logo
‘POLY’ was designed to reflect our training, she was named POLY (Greek for
many) to represent the variety of approaches we use in our training. She looks
at us from between her legs, to make ‘the familiar unfamiliar’ which is a
trademark of our training at both the design and delivery stages.
